This one off training session is intended ONLY  for members of the Leeds Gryphon racing team (Formular Student) who wish to use the Library Makerspace's Fused Filament 3D Printers.

If you are not a member of the Leed Gryphon Racing team we will delete your booking. Please use the regular 3D printing training workshop available on Libcal

This training covers training on:

1. Health and Safety considerations and set up for using our printers:
   • Bambulabs X1 Carbon,
   • Bambulabs X1E,
   • Bambulabs H2D and
   • Ultimaker S3
2. Standard Operating Proceedures.
   • Preparation of STL files for printing,
   • Slicing software
   • Material selection
   • Supports and bed adhesion
   • Multi-Colour print "painting", 
   • Common errors and troubleshooting
   • Booking / Queueing 3D Print jobs in Library Makerspace and HELIX

Completion of this session allows reduced supervision whilst using the 3D Fused Filament 3D Printers available in the Library Makerspace and HELIX
