Introduction to Microsoft Teams Online

This online session introduces Microsoft Teams, guiding you through the way this app might help you to communicate with your tutors and peers and organise your time and tasks, including:

  • Types of spaces in Teams and the ways they work
  • Amending your settings
  • Arranging online meetings
  • Sharing and finding files

Teams is a useful app to help you communicate and stay connected with tutors, other members of staff, and your fellow students - for example, arranging regular video calls to support each other through your studies if it's not possible to meet in person. It also helps with planning and managing your time and tasks so you can see the progress you're making.

You can access this online webinar using your own device, or by using a device on campus.  To find out where you can access computers on campus, go to Spacefinder.
